For builders & renovation contractors

Your best sales tool is a before-and-after. Nobody has seen it.

A homeowner is about to hand a stranger their keys, their house and a year of their savings, so they screen hard for proof before they call. You already photograph every job — the strip-out, the steels, the finished kitchen — and it dies in a camera roll. We turn those photos into a fresh cinematic before-and-after video every day, plus daily posts and carousels.

Month-to-month, no agency retainer. We scope the right plan and pricing with you on a quick 15-minute call.

Why good builders lose work to worse ones

1

Your whole pipeline is word of mouth, so it swings.

Two extensions back to back, then six quiet weeks nobody saw coming. Referrals are brilliant until the chain goes quiet — and when there's a hole in the diary you take the job you didn't want, at the price you didn't want, from the client you'd normally have walked away from. Nothing you finished six months ago is out there working to fill that gap.

2

A homeowner about to spend their savings looks you up and finds a ghost town.

Before anyone lets a stranger knock the back off their house, they check. They find a Facebook page last posted two years ago, a website gallery with six photos from an old job, and a handful of reviews. The builder they're also getting a quote from has a feed full of finished kitchens and steel going in. Trust gets decided right there, before you ever put a number on paper.

3

You photograph every job — for the file, never for the feed.

Pre-start shots for the record, progress pictures for the client's WhatsApp, one rushed photo on handover day with a dust sheet and a ladder still in frame. Nobody goes back on a sunny afternoon once the furniture is in. Years of genuine transformations sit in a camera roll doing nothing, and the job you're proudest of has no decent picture of it at all.

4

Against a cheaper quote, invisible quality is no quality at all.

The homeowner is weighing you against someone thousands cheaper who can start Monday. Everything that justifies your price — the dust protection, the site swept at the end of every day, the building control sign-off, the snag list actually closed — is invisible on a quote sheet. When the only visible difference is the number at the bottom, you're bidding against cowboys on their terms.

What we run for your building company

The before-and-after, every single day

The format your trade was made for: the tired galley kitchen, then the same room finished, with real camera movement travelling through both. We build a fresh cinematic clip from photos already on your phone — the transformation people stop scrolling for, and the thing a flat before-photo next to a flat after-photo never quite lands.

Ten years of finished jobs, back in circulation

One extension is weeks of content: the strip-out, the steels going in, first fix, plaster day, the kitchen landing, handover. We work through the archive as well as the sites you're on now, so the feed stays full while you're too flat out to think about it — and keeps running through the quiet stretch you can't see coming.

Content built for how homeowners choose a builder

Not generic contractor quotes over stock photos. The dust screens, the tidy site, the neighbours kept in the loop, the snags closed, the sign-off — the reliability signals people actually screen for when they're handing over their house for six months. In your voice, about the kind of work you want more of, in the streets and postcodes you already work in.

Comments and DMs answered, so enquiries don't go cold

Homeowners message at nine at night, long after you've put the phone down. Add the engagement layer and the question about a loft conversion the other side of town gets a reply within hours instead of next week, with genuine enquiries passed to you with context — job type, area, and what they asked.

Frequently asked

All we've got is phone photos from site. Is that enough?
Usually, yes — that's the raw material this is built on. Dusty strip-out shots, progress pictures, a handover photo with a ladder in it: the rougher the before, the harder the after hits. Plans and renders work too for a new build, since there's nothing to film yet. Bring one recent job to the call and we'll tell you honestly whether there's enough there to work with.
Can you really make a good video out of still photos?
Yes — that's the core of what we do. We animate your stills into 10–20 second clips with real camera movement: a slow push through the finished kitchen, a pull back off the new extension, a pan across the elevation. We run several of the best video models and pick per shot, so it reads as filmed footage rather than an obvious AI effect. It is AI-generated video and we say so rather than implying a film crew — but it's built from your jobs, and you approve stills before anything is produced, so the finished room stays the room you actually built.
We're builders, not marketers. What do we actually have to do?
Send us photos. That's it. We handle the video, the daily posts, the carousels, the captions and the scheduling, and we publish to your accounts for you — this is done for you, not another tool you have to log into and learn. Onboarding is one short handoff call where you share your photo library and tell us the kind of work you want more of.
How is this different from a $2,500/month construction marketing agency?
Price, cadence and focus. You get a new video every day and daily posts for a fraction of an agency retainer, month-to-month with no minimum term, built from your own jobs rather than stock imagery. Agencies typically post three or four times a week, rarely include daily video at all, and split their attention across gyms, dentists and forty other industries. What we won't do is promise you enquiries — what this does is make your standard visible where homeowners check before they call.
What plans do you offer, and what does it cost?
Two plans. Social is daily posts and carousels built from your job photos. Social + Daily Video adds a fresh before-and-after video every day — the format doing the real reach work right now. There's no published price because the right plan depends on your accounts, how big your photo archive is and how much you post today, so we scope it with you on a quick 15-minute call. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
