For landscapers & pool builders

You photograph every garden you finish. Then it sits on a phone.

Before and after is the most watchable format in home improvement, and you already own both halves of it — the churned-up lawn and the finished terrace at golden hour. It just never leaves the camera roll. We turn the photos you've already taken into a fresh cinematic video every day, plus daily posts and carousels, right through the quiet months when next spring's work is being decided.

Month-to-month, no agency retainer. We scope the right plan and pricing with you on a quick 15-minute call.

Why great landscapers stay local secrets

1

In build season there's no time to post. By winter, there's nothing coming in.

May to September you're on site from first light, chasing a stone delivery and a digger driver, and social is the first thing that gets dropped. Then the diary thins out — and the quiet months are exactly when homeowners are planning and budgeting a spring project. You go invisible in the season that decides next year's work.

2

Word of mouth built the business. It also caps it.

Referrals are your best leads and the ones you control least. You can't turn them up because there's a gap in the diary in March, and they rarely travel far past the postcode you last worked in. Every garden you've finished should be out there earning the next job — not sitting in a WhatsApp thread between two neighbours.

3

You spend eight weeks on a garden and photograph it in ten minutes.

Last hour of the last day, flat midday light, van still on the drive and a pallet in shot. Nobody's coming back at golden hour once the lighting's on and the planting has settled — the job's signed off and you're on the next site. So the one image that should win the next job shows it at its least flattering.

4

You're being compared, on price, to a man with a van.

The homeowner gets three quotes. Yours is the highest, because you actually design it, drain it, set the levels and detail the edges. If they can't see that difference, price is the only number left on the page — and a quote with nothing behind it just looks expensive.

What we run for your business

The before and after, every day, from photos you already took

The churned-up lawn and the terrace at golden hour, in one clip people watch to the end — the ugly starting photo is the asset, not a problem. We animate your stills into real camera movement: a slow push across the new planting, a rise over the pool at dusk, a pull back to reveal the whole scheme. No return visit, no drone, no film crew.

One build is months of content, not one post

A single project is the strip-out, the groundworks, the levels, the stone going down, the planting, the lighting at night. We turn each stage into video, posts and carousels — so a garden you finished three summers ago is still working for you, and you never need a new job just to have something to say.

Built for how outdoor projects are actually decided

Design and planning content through winter, when homeowners are pricing up spring. Build and transformation through the season. Lighting and evening use into autumn. Paced to a decision that gets made months before a spade goes in — not a generic calendar that also runs a dentist's account.

Frequently asked

Can you really make video from the job photos on my phone?
Yes — that's the core of it. We animate your stills into 10–20 second clips with real camera movement: slow pushes, rises, pulls across the finished space. Phone photos taken for records or to price a job are usually fine, and before/after works better than most formats precisely because the first shot is rough. Bring a folder to the call and we'll tell you honestly what's usable.
Most of our best work was finished years ago. Is an old archive any use?
It's the ideal raw material. Nobody scrolling knows or cares when the paving went down — they care what it looks like. A company with five years of completed gardens on a hard drive has more usable content than one starting from scratch, and none of it needs a return visit to the site.
Our enquiries dry up over winter. Does posting through it actually do anything?
We can't promise you enquiries, and nobody honest can. What we'd say is that the decision to build a garden in April is usually taken in January, while someone's stuck indoors looking at the same tired lawn — and that's exactly when most landscapers go quiet. Because we work from jobs you've already finished, the feed keeps running at the same cadence when you're not on site.
Is it obviously AI?
It's AI-generated video built from your own photographs, and we say so rather than implying a film crew. You approve stills before anything is produced, so the stone, the planting and the layout stay the ones you actually built — we're not inventing a garden you didn't put in.
What plans do you offer?
Two: Social is daily posts and carousels built from your job photography; Social + Daily Video adds a fresh video every day — the format doing the real reach work right now. We scope which fits and the exact pricing on a quick 15-minute call.

Want to see your last build as a before-and-after?

15 minutes on a call and you'll know if this is a fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
