Create Your Guestar Account
Sign up at app.guestar.ai with your email and Hostaway Account ID.
Generate a Hostaway API Key
In Hostaway, navigate to Settings > Hostaway API and create a new API key named "Guestar".
Connect and Test
Enter your API credentials in the Guestar sign-up form and click Test Connection. Select your timezone and currency.
Complete Property Knowledgebase
Add property-specific details like WiFi codes, parking instructions, and house rules so the AI can respond accurately.
Enable AI Messaging
