Existing messaging customers activate at app.guestar.ai with their email and Hostaway Account ID. New engagements start on the 15-minute call — we set the account up with you on it.
Generate a Hostaway API Key
In Hostaway, navigate to Settings > Hostaway API and create a new API key named "Guestar".
Connect and Test
Enter your API credentials in the Guestar setup form and click Test Connection. Select your timezone and currency.
