Who is this for?
Hospitality operators — boutique hotels, vacation rental property managers, serviced apartment operators, small lodges, and B&Bs. The pillars, voice, and visual style are tuned for this category. If you're outside hospitality, this isn't the right service.
What does daily mean exactly?
One post per day, every day, alternating between Instagram and Facebook. Roughly 3–4 posts per platform per week. LinkedIn is not included by default — ask us on the kickoff call if you need it.
Where do the images come from?
Primarily from your own property photos that you upload during onboarding. We recommend at least 20 photos. For mood/atmospheric posts, we supplement with AI-generated visuals in your brand style.
How are the reels made?
We use the latest AI video models (currently Kling 3.0, with Runway Gen-4.5 as a premium option) to animate your real property photos into 15-second cinematic clips. Camera moves like slow pushes, orbits, and dolly pulls — no static slideshows.
How is the engagement add-on safe for my account?
We use a hybrid stack — Meta's official Graph API for replies on your own posts and Story poll responder DMs, and conservative mobile-app emulation for the higher-risk actions (competitor comments, cold DMs). Daily caps are conservative by default and a human reviews every action for the first 90 days.
Who owns the content?
You do — all generated images, captions, and reels are yours to keep, even if you cancel. On cancellation we deliver a Google Drive zip of everything we created for you.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — cancel any time from your account, no penalty. Pausing is a one-click request via email. Re-activating later picks up where you left off.
What if the sample week isn't right?
We iterate it twice for free. A third full regeneration is a one-time $99 reset — we use the reset to recalibrate pillars and voice based on what you've corrected.
