The problem we work on
Beautiful businesses are invisible on social. A boutique hotel, a villa, an unbuilt development, a venue, a design studio — the product is genuinely worth looking at, and the feed is three weeks stale.
It isn't apathy. Short-form video is the format that earns distribution now, and it's also the hardest thing to make: it wants a camera, an editor and time that an owner-operator doesn't have. So the choice has been an agency at $2,500–$5,000 a month on a six-month signature, a freelancer who drifts, or doing it yourself until you stop. Most people quietly stop.
What we do
We make a fresh cinematic video every day from the photography you already own — the shoot you paid for once and used on your website. No crew, no shoot day, nobody on site. Daily posts and carousels come from the same library, and an optional engagement layer answers the comments and Story DMs.
You approve storyboard stills before anything is produced, so the property on screen is the property your guests arrive at. It is AI-generated video and we say so — for off-plan property, where the building doesn't exist yet, it's the only way to show the thing at all.
Where we came from
Guestar started in short-term rentals, building an AI assistant that answers guest questions inside Hostaway and Hostify. That product is live and still runs for the operators who use it — we're a Hostaway Certified Partner and the Hostify integration has been live since March 2026.
Working with those operators is how we found the bigger problem. They didn't just need their inbox handled — they needed to be seen. That's the business now, and it reaches well beyond rentals: hotels, guest houses, developers, agencies, venues, retreats, studios and clinics.
How we work
Your property, accurately
The bar isn't "looks nice". It's that the room on screen is your room. Shots get rejected over a detail being wrong — that's the standard we hold.
You approve first
Storyboard stills go to you before anything is produced. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing, which is exactly the point.
Honest about the method
It's AI video, made from your real photos. We don't pretend there was a film crew, and we don't invent a property you don't have.
No lock-in
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. If it isn't working you leave — which keeps the pressure where it belongs: on the work.
