For aesthetic clinics & medspas

In aesthetics, the sale is trust.

People choose a clinic they feel they can trust — the calm of the space, the professionalism of the team, the sense that they're in good hands. Video carries that better than anything. We turn your clinic's photos into a daily presence built on environment, education, and reassurance — never claims or before-and-afters.

Month-to-month, no agency retainer. We scope the right plan and pricing with you on a quick 15-minute call.

Why clinic marketing stalls

1

It's a trust purchase, and a quiet feed reads as a quiet clinic.

Before anyone books, they check your Instagram — and a dormant, sporadic account plants exactly the doubt you don't want on a decision this personal. Consistency itself is a credibility signal here.

2

Before-and-afters are a compliance minefield, so many clinics post nothing.

Platform and advertising rules around results imagery are strict and easy to trip. Faced with the risk, a lot of clinics freeze up and post rarely — losing presence to avoid a problem, when there's a whole trust-building lane that's fully compliant.

3

Every clinic in town competes on the same feed.

Your future patients follow several clinics and pick the one that feels most professional, warm, and present. If you're the account that goes weeks between posts, you're the one they scroll past.

4

The DM asking about a consultation is the booking — and it waits.

Aesthetic enquiries are hesitant and private. A prompt, reassuring reply is often what turns a nervous question into a consultation; a message left for a day is a patient who quietly changed their mind.

What we run for your clinic

A daily video that builds trust, not risk

The calm of your space, your team at work, the care in the details, the experience of walking in — animated from your photos into clips that make a nervous patient feel safe choosing you. We lead with environment and reassurance, deliberately, because that's what converts here.

Compliance-aware by design

No before-and-afters, no outcome promises, no medical claims — we stay in the brand, education, and trust lane that platforms allow, so you get a constant presence without the policy risk that makes clinics freeze. You review everything before it runs.

Educational content that positions your expertise

Explainers, myth-busting, what-to-expect, meet-the-team — the content that answers a patient's real questions and makes your clinic the knowledgeable, approachable choice, without straying into regulated claims.

Enquiries answered promptly and with care

Add the engagement layer and consultation and general questions get a warm, careful reply within hours, with genuine enquiries routed to your front desk with context — so a hesitant patient feels looked after, not ignored.

A week of your feed

One cinematic video plus posts and carousels, every day — all built from photography a clinic already owns. This is the shape of a week, not a stock gallery.

What social media for aesthetic clinics looks like when we run it

Aesthetics is a trust purchase in a category full of accounts that look identical and several that make claims they should not. We run six pillars that build credibility without leaning on results imagery, which is both the compliant route and the one that attracts better patients.

The practitioner, visibly

Who you are, what you trained in, how long you have practised. Patients are choosing a person to inject their face and the single strongest signal you can send is a qualified, named, visible clinician. Most clinic accounts hide behind product imagery instead.

The clinic as a place

The room, the cleanliness, the calm, the reception. Patients are assessing safety before they assess results, and environment content answers a question they are too polite to ask.

Education over promotion

What a treatment actually does, how long it lasts, who it is not suitable for, what recovery involves. Honest education is the highest-converting content in aesthetics because it disarms the fear that stops people booking, and it filters toward patients with realistic expectations.

Consultation and aftercare

How an appointment runs, what happens at consultation, what you do if someone is not a candidate. Showing that you turn people away is a powerful trust signal in a category where the perception is that everyone says yes.

Safety, standards and regulation

Insurance, qualifications, product provenance, complications protocol. As the sector tightens, being visibly the compliant clinic is a genuine competitive position rather than a box to tick.

Patient voice, carefully

Testimony in a patient's own words, with permission and without outcome claims. It carries the reassurance that results imagery would, inside the boundaries the category requires.

The compliance line is set with you, not assumed. On the handoff call we agree what may be shown and claimed given your regulator, your insurer and your own policy, and that becomes a hard constraint on everything produced.

Social media for aesthetic clinics — common questions

We can't post before-and-afters. What would you actually post?
Everything that builds trust without touching results imagery: the calm of your space, your team and their expertise, what a visit is like, educational explainers, and meet-the-clinic content. There's a large, fully compliant lane that most clinics under-use — and it's the content that actually reassures a nervous patient.
How do you keep us out of compliance trouble?
We deliberately avoid before-and-afters, outcome promises, and medical claims, and stay in the brand, education, and environment lane platforms allow. You review the queue and approve everything before it publishes — you always have the final say on anything sensitive.
Can video really help a trust-based business like ours?
Especially one like yours. Seeing your space, your team, and the care in how you work does more to reassure a hesitant patient than any static post — and a consistent presence is itself a credibility signal in a decision this personal.
Do we have to approve posts ourselves?
Yes, and we recommend it in your field. We publish to your accounts, but you can review and approve the queue — given the sensitivity, we keep you in control of exactly what goes out.
What plans do you offer?
Two plans: Social is daily posts and carousels built from your photos; Social + Daily Video adds a fresh video every day — the format doing the real reach work right now. We scope which plan fits and the exact pricing on a quick 15-minute call.
Who is responsible if something we post crosses a regulatory line?
You approve everything before it publishes, so final responsibility for clinical and advertising claims sits with the clinic — as it has to. Our job is to make that easy: we work to the constraints you set, keep outcome language out by default, and flag anything we are unsure about rather than guessing.
Can you run this alongside our paid ads?
Yes, and they do different jobs. Ads buy reach for as long as you fund them; this builds the credibility that makes the reach convert. Clinics routinely find their ad performance improves once the profile behind the ad looks like an established practice rather than an empty grid.
Our competitors post before-and-afters constantly and it clearly works for them. Why should we not?
Some of them are outside the rules and are carrying a risk they may not have priced. We will not produce results imagery that misrepresents outcomes, and generated results imagery is out of the question. Within your regulator's rules, if genuine before-and-afters are permitted and you hold proper consent, that is your call and we work to it.
