The Dashboard gives you a real-time view of how Guestar is performing across all your properties.

Overview Metrics

At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see key performance indicators:

Revenue Generated

Total additional revenue from upsells (early check-in, late check-out, extensions) that Guestar helped close. Displayed in your selected currency.

Time Saved

Estimated hours saved by having Guestar handle guest communications instead of doing it manually.

Response Performance

How quickly Guestar responds to guest messages on average.

Occupancy Boost

Additional nights booked through extensions and upsells.

Notifications Panel

The Dashboard highlights items needing your attention:

Messages Needing Attention

Conversations where Guestar flagged something for review:

  • Low confidence responses
  • Guest complaints
  • Escalation phrases detected

Pending Upsells

Upsell opportunities where a guest showed interest but action is needed:

  • Guest accepted an offer
  • Payment needs processing
  • Reservation needs updating

New guest messages you haven't viewed yet.

Click any notification to jump directly to the relevant conversation.

Activity Feed

See recent activity across your properties:

  • New bookings detected
  • Upsells offered and accepted

Filtering by Property

If you manage multiple properties, you can filter the Dashboard to focus on specific ones:

  1. Use the Property Set filter (if configured)
  2. Or search for a specific property

Real-Time Updates

The Dashboard updates automatically. Metrics refresh as new data comes in - no need to manually refresh the page.

What affects Revenue Generated?

  • Upsells offered by Guestar that guests accept
  • Extensions booked with Guestar's help
  • Tracked automatically when bookings update

What affects Time Saved?

  • Number of messages Guestar handles
  • Estimated at ~3 minutes saved per automated response
  • Grows as your message volume increases

Accuracy Note

Revenue attribution is tracked automatically when possible. Some manual upsells (arranged outside Guestar) may not be captured unless you update the stats manually.
