Independent, owner-operated businesses with more repeatable work than staff to do it, where growth depends on being found and on following up. Visual, listing-driven businesses are the beachhead — boutique hotels, guest houses and B&Bs, short-term rental managers, real estate agencies, property developers (off-plan), wedding and event venues, interior-design and architecture studios, civil engineering firms, wellness retreats, luxury villa and yacht rentals, and aesthetic clinics — but the test does not require the business to be visual.
